Spencer’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Spencer worked in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising at Addison Partners, a multifamily investor, and also at Sage Realty Corporation, a New York owner/operator. Spencer was also a commercial real estate advisor with Cushman & Wakefield following his graduation from college and prior to getting his MBA.
Spencer has an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and History from The George Washington University. In his spare time, Spencer can be found skiing the slopes; playing tennis, squash, baseball, and soccer; cooking a new cuisine; and searching for the best NYC bagel.
