Randy’s Nuveen Green Capital Story

Randy is passionate about environmental sustainability and is excited to use his legal experience to promote energy efficient solutions for commercial property owners.

Before joining Nuveen Green Capital, Randy worked on a variety of matters in connection with complex commercial real estate lending, acquisition, disposition, leasing and workout matters. Randy’s experience in real estate finance includes construction and acquisition loans as well as transactions as part of asset based finance and merger and acquisition deals.

Randy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. In Randy’s spare time, he enjoys travelling and catching football and basketball games.
