Passionate about energy conservation, Mike has worked on numerous New England and New York-based projects employing sustainability initiatives on behalf of Nuveen Green Capital. With his depth of knowledge, he has helped raise awareness for clean energy in the commercial real estate space, and he has he been instrumental in broadening Nuveen Green Capital’s reach in the industry. He is propelled by the desire to use his expertise to help reduce the carbon footprint of buildings in the Northeast – and across the country.
