Kate’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Kate leads the origination team at Nuveen Green Capital. Her team works with building owners, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals – to improve their business returns through the use of C-PACE. Kate works to combine her experience in real estate loan financings with the mission of bringing clean energy solutions to commercial property owners.
Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital in 2019, she spent the previous twelve years working on a variety of matters including the representation of lenders and borrowers in senior and mezzanine loan financings, as well as buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Kate received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
