Arran’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Arran Cooper is the Associate Director of Market Development and Strategy for Nuveen Green Capital, where he is responsible for increasing the exposure and deal flow of C-PACE transactions in the Greater Boston and South Florida markets. Arran has over five years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital he served as Managing Director for a boutique mortgage brokerage firm, where he oversaw all originations activities and placed debt and equity for construction and permanent projects nationwide.
Arran resides in Washington, D.C., where he received his undergraduate degree from the School of International Studies at American University.
