Victor’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
As part of the Transaction Management team at Nuveen Green Capital, Victor leverages his extensive experience in real estate finance, having worked in both conventional loan and small balance loan underwriting at Basis Investment Group. Prior to that, he was responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management at a local family office which focused on opportunistic retail investments.
Victor holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU and an ALM in Finance from Harvard Extension School. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an avid surfer and a budding bouldering enthusiast, always seeking exciting ways to immerse himself in the beauty of the natural and built environment.
