Sam’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Sam recently graduated from Bucknell University in 2021 where he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics as well as focused his studies on Real Estate and International Relations. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Sam had an internship working in commercial real estate at Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as earned his real estate license in the state of New York. Outside of work, Sam enjoys skiing with his friends, going out on boats, hiking, and spending time with family.
At Nuveen Green Capital, Sam works as a Transaction Associate in the Midwest region. He helps potential borrowers by aiding them through deal origination, underwriting, structuring, and closing.
