Robert’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Rob is responsible for underwriting the C-PACE deals in the New England market. Rob has always been interested in cutting edge technology and the impacts it has on society. As he decided to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate, he became more aware of the exciting innovations being developed to improve the durability, sustainability, and efficiency of the built environment.
At Nuveen Green Capital he is able to combine his passion for innovation with his financial background to help accelerate the adoption of new technologies by property owners.
Rob attended Fordham University for his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He received his Bachelor of Science from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business where he studied Finance & Economics and he received his Master of Science from Fordham’s Real Estate Institute.
