Cameron’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Cameron worked as a Project Manager for the not-for-profit Selfhelp Realty Group, Inc., the real estate development affiliate of Selfhelp Community Services, Inc., focusing on the development of affordable housing within New York City and New York State. At Selfhelp, Cameron managed all phases of development, coordination between various parties and led the financing efforts, which included the underwriting of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Tax-Exempt Bonds, Grants, Public Subsidies, etc. Additionally, Cameron spent three (3) years at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in their Compliance Department, performing due diligence and conducting transactional data analysis to ensure customer accounts were in compliance with regulatory standards.
Cameron earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
